Summary
In a 5-4 opinion by Justice Stevens, the Supreme Court ruled that the “public
use” requirement of the Takings Clause of the Fifth Amendment permitted the
City of New London to exercise its eminent domain power in taking property from
homeowners and transferring it to another private owner as part of an economic
development plan. Following precedent from previous cases, the Court
broadly interpreted the “public use” requirement to mean “public purpose”—the
city was not intending to open the condemned land for “use” by the general
public, but a public “purpose” would be served through the benefits that the
economic development plan would have on the community.

Proven Truths About CAIR (Our current occupant of the WH interacts closely
with CAIR, and it was this group that helped the FBI, Military and other groups
purge all references to Jihad or Islam from their training.)
CAIR filed various lawsuit over various anti-Islam and
anti-CAIR Statements. CAIR has retreated from their lawsuits during discovery.
The words below were never found to be false, and they were never retracted.
Let there be no doubt that the Council on American-Islamic Relations is a
terrorist supporting front organization that is partially funded by terrorists,
and that CAIR wishes nothing more than the implementation of Sharia Law in
America. CAIR was an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation
Trial. (An unindicted co-conspirator, or unindicted conspirator, is a person or
entity that is alleged in an indictment to have engaged in conspiracy.)
CAIR has proven links to, and was founded by, Islamic Terrorists. CAIR actively
supports terrorists and terrorist-supporting groups and nations.
CAIR is an organization founded by Hamas supporters which seeks to overthrow
Constitutional government in the United States and replace it with an Islamist
theocracy using our own Constitution as protection.
CAIR was started by Hamas members and is supported by terrorist supporting
individuals, groups and countries.
CAIR is not in the United States to promote the civil rights of Muslims. CAIR
is here to make radical Islam the dominant religion in the United States and
convert our country into an Islamic theocracy.
CAIR receives direct funding from Islamic terrorist supporting countries.
Senior CAIR employee Randall Todd Royer, a/k/a “Ismail” Royer, pled guilty and
was sentenced to twenty years in prison for participating in a network of
militant jihadists centered in Northern Virginia. He admitted to aiding
and abetting three persons who sought training in a terrorist camp in Pakistan
for the purpose of waging jihad against American troops in Afghanistan. Royer’s
illegal actions occurred while he was employed with CAIR
CAIR's Director of Community Relations, Bassem Khafagi , was arrested by
the United States due to his ties with a terror-financing front group. Khafagi pled guilty to charges of visa and bank fraud, and
agreed to be deported to Egypt. Khafagi’s illegal
actions occurred while he was employed by CAIR.
On December 18, 2002, Ghassan Elashi,
founding board member of CAIR-Texas, a founder of the Holy Land Foundation, and
a brother-in-law of Musa Abu Marzook , was arrested
by the United States and charged with, among other things, making false
statements on export declarations, dealing in the property of a designated
terrorist organization, conspiracy and money laundering. Ghassan Elashi committed his
crimes while working at CAIR, and was found Guilty.
CAIR Board Member Imam Siraj Wahaj,
an un-indicted co-conspirator in the first World Trade Center bombing, has
called for replacing the American government with an Islamic caliphate, and
warned that America will crumble unless it accepts Islam.
Rabih Haddad served as a CAIR Fundraiser. Haddad
was co-founder of the Global Relief Foundation (“GRF”).
GRF was designated by the US Treasury Department for
financing the Al Qaida and other terrorist organizations and its assets were
frozen by the US Government on December 14, 2001.

I had not planned on talking about the Travon
Martin shooting case, but the facts have to be shown.

building in Washington back before the dawn of the Sun King
There is a reason that the local District Attorney refused to bring the case
against Zimmerman and an outside District Attorney had to be brought in to
handle it. And that the chief of police was also removed from his job because
he refused to charge Zimmerman with a crime. Also consider that the lead
detective on the case told the jury he believed Zimmerman's version of the
events that happened.

Trayvon Martin's phone had hundreds of messages discussing criminal behavior,
including trafficking black-market firearms.
The key facts in this development: (93% of black men are gunned down by other
black men, Chicago is a prime example.)
Trayvon Martin’s phone was password-protected. The password
protection starts automatically after being left unattended for a certain
amount of time.
The “stealth” app designed to further conceal Trayvon’s conversations about weapons, fighting, drugs, and
pornography had an additional layer of password protection. He had to log into
the phone first, and then to this app to access these conversations or delete
them.
There were thousands of messages, texts, photos, Tweets,
Facebook posts, and other bits of evidence hidden this way.
People who participated in these conversations are all
documented by screen name, real name, phone number, social media personas, etc.
They are all easily identified and could be deposed – if the defense is given
time to do so.
The state hid this evidence until right before the beginning
of the trial, when the prosecution’s Wesley White came forward to present
testimony that the state was hiding and may have destroyed evidence. The
defense has had no time to recover this data and to depose every witness.
